I am down a dress size! I had my weigh-in today and I have lost another -8.2lbs and another -1.75in. I practically floated out of the office today.
This week, I had to switch some meals around to fit into my schedule; still eating the right things, just at different times. The fact that I write down everything I eat is helpful in keeping track when I have to switch things up.
Also, I did some recipe searching this week so I can keep things interesting. I’m pretty creative in the kitchen but there were a few recipes I found that were new ideas for me.
I am really enjoying the feeling of sharing my weight loss. After so many times trying and failing, it feels really good to have found something that works for me.
